Last Will and Testament
of
George P. Weaver

In the name of God Amen. In the Name of God Amen, I, George P. Weaver, being weake in body and very low in health, but sound in mind and memory and clling to mind that all men are born to die. I do commit my body to the ground to be buried in a decent like manner and my soul to God that gave it and as lacking my worldly goods I do dispose of in the following manner. First, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Elisabeth Weaver, my land where I now live and all my stock goods & chattels of every spacy after the payment of my just debts is paid during her natural life or widow hood for her deport and for the support of my three youngest children, Elisabeth,  Andrew  and  David. Except- ing to all my other children I give and bequeath as follow first my daughter Mary I give and bequeath one dollar and to my son Simon one dollar to my daughter Christina one dollar & to my son Cornelious one dollar and to my son Peter one dollar and to my daugher Rebecah one dollar  Susannah one dollar to be paid out of my personal estate and to my three younest my daughter Elisa- beth and my two sons Andrew and Davitt I give and bequeath at the death of my beloved wife or the end of her widowhood the land before named and all my goods and chattels and estate of every kind to be equally divided between them after the discharging of the before named children what is within given to them and I do ordain this to be my last will and testament made signed and acknowledge this 27th day of February One-thousand Eight-hundred and Fourteen.
