Last  Will  and  Testament
of
David  B. Wilson

          In the name of the Benevelent Father of all I  David B. Wilson  of Shelbyville, Indiana do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

          First I direct that after my decease my body be decently interred and my funeral expenses, and all just debts paid as soon as possible.

          Second I give and bequeath to my beloved wife  Ellen Wilson  all my property both Real and Personal of any kind and description to be her individual property from the time of my decease, to dispose of as she may think best, and I hereby appoint her my Executrix to act without bond, to collect all my outstanding claims of any kind and description and to pay all my indebtedness, and the residue to have possession of as she may desire.

          Third I hereby direct my wife to pay to  Thomas D. Wilson  my son and  Emma C. Ray, my daughter, each the sum of One Hundred Dollars, on the First Christmas after my decease, or so soon thereafter as she is able to do so.  In case either should die then the One Hundred Dollars to be paid at above to their children, and this sum of One Hundred Dollars to each is a devise to my children herein stated.
          Witness my hand and seal this Ninth day of March 1888.

State of Indiana, Shelby County, SS:
          Be it remembered, That on the 14th day of September 1915 Frank R. Hale one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of David B. Wilson, late of said County deceased, personally appeared before me Cecil B. Collins Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, upon his oath, declared and testified as follows, that is to say; That on the 9th day of March 1888 be saw the said David B. Wilson sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said David B. Wilson declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time, at the request of the said David B. Wilson and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said Frank R. Hale in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of Ed. P. Ferris, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said David B. Wilson was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid, of full age (that is, more than twenty-one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further says not.

          I Cecil B. Collins Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of David B. Wilson has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Frank R. Hale one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said Frank R. Hale in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 7 at Pages 56-57-58 of the record of Wills of said County.

          In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this 14th day of September, 1915.
