AGED  FAIRLAND
RESIDENT  DIES

Mrs. Effie Giltner, 74, Sur-
vived by Two Sons;
Funeral Today.
----------
          Mrs. Effie Giltner,  age seventy-four, a resident of Fairland for nearly forty years, died at her home there Sunday following two months illness.
          Mrs. Giltner was the widow of  Armer Giltner,  who died in 1906.  She is survived by two sons,  Merle,  of Fairland and  Francis,  of Greenfield; a sister,  Mrs. Eva Smith,  and a brother,  Harry Tuilis,  both of Greenwood.  She was a member of the Fairland Methodist church.
          Funeral services will be held at the J. C. Wilson funeral home at Greenwood at 10:30 a.m. today and burial will be made at the Greenwood cemetery.  The Rev. C. O. Carnes will officiate at the services.
          Omission of flowers requested.

          Mrs. Nancy A. Giltner,  widow of the late  Daniel M. Giltner,  died at her home in Fairland in 6 p.m. Friday, August 8, aged 64 yers and 8 months.  She leaves one son,  Armer M.,  and two daughters,  Mrs. Laura Pell  and  Minnie Hobbs.  Funeral services at the M. E. church, conducted by Rev. E. M. Chambers, at 10 a.m. Monday, August 11.  Interment in Fairland cemetery, Edwards & Hageman in charge.
