Bertha Ellen Mackey Is Now Legally Separated
From Her Husband, Albert L. Mackey
----------
A divorce was granted  Mrs. Bertha Ellen Mackey  this morning by Judge Blair and she was allowed to resume her maiden name,  Bertha Ellen Fortune.  They were united in marriage September 16, 1907 and resided together until January 17, 1911, when they separated. Mrs. Mackey charged her husband with being cruel and inhuman in his treatment; that he refused to accompany her anywhere; that he used abusive language and was morose and sullen.  For the past two years he failed to provide for his wife and she charges him with gambling and being a man of dissolute habits.
