         SHELBYVILLE -- The  Rev. S. J. Cross  will deliver the Thanksgiving sermon here this year at the union service of the Protestant churches of the city.

          Deputy Sheriff Doug. Andrews accompanied Mrs. Cross, of Ray's Crossing, to the Insane Asylum at Indianapolis this morning.

         All the furniture belonging to Cross' tavern, two cows, a buggy and harness and several small moveable houses were advertised for sale by  M. M. Ray.
