          This Indenture Witnesseth That  St. Clair Ensminger  and  Sarah Ensminger  his wife,  John S. Wilson  and  Melvina Wilson his wife,  Noble Wilson  and  Lydia Wilson  his wife and  Catherine Wilson  of Shelby & Rush County in the State of Indiana Release and Quit claim to  Susan Wilson  and  Ann Maria Wilson  of Rush County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars the following Real Estate in Rush County in the State of Indiana towit - The East half of the South East Quarter of Section Twenty six (26) and the West half of the South West Quarter of Section twenty five (25) and Forty three and one half (43 1/2) acres off of the South end of the West half of the North West Quarter of said Section twenty five (25) all in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Eight (8) East containing Five Hundred and three and one half acres the same being the land of which Thomas Wilson of Said County died seized. This Deed being a conveyance of a Grantors interests in said lands as widow and heirs.
          In witness Whereof The said  St.Clair Ensminger  Sarah his wife  John S. Wilson  and  Melvina  his wife  Noble Wilson  and  Lydia  his wife and  Catherine Wilson  have hereunto set their hands and seals this 10" day of August 1871

          I  Robert Leach  Clerk of the County Court in and for the County and State aforesaid hereby certify that Noble Wilson & Lydia Wilson who are personally known to me as the same persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing Deed appeared before me this day in person and acknowledged that they signed sealed and delivered the said instrument of writing as their free and voluntary act for the use and purposes therein set forth.
