This indenture Witnessesth that Mary Ensminger
widow of Andrew Ensminger deceased, Ann White
and George White the husband, Jane VanPelt
and David Vanpelt her husband, Sarah E. Hendricks
and Emanuel B. Hendricks her husband, all of Shelby County in the State of Indiana Release and Quit-Claim to
Andrew Ensminger of Campbell County in the State of Kentucky for the sum of Twenty five Hundred Dollars the Following Real Estate in Rush county in the State of Indiana To wit the North half (1/2) of the South west quarter (1/4) of Section Number Fifteen (15) in Township Number Twelve Range (8) Eight East containing Eighty acres more or less.
In Witness whereof the said Mary Ensminger, Ann White and George White her husband, Jane VanPelt and David VanPelt her husband and Sarah E. Hendricks and Emanuel Hendricks her husband have here unto set their hands and Seals this 28 day of August 1869.
