   	      This indenture Witnesseth, that we  Martha E. Ensminger 
and  Elzy Ensminger  her husband of Shelby County in the State of Indiana, Convey and Warrant to 
John W. Lower  of Rush County, in the State of Indiana for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in Rush county, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
   	      The entire undivided interest of the North East quarter of Section fifteen (15) Township Thirteen (13) of Range Nine (9) in the district of lands offered for sale at Indianapolis, Indiana containing sixteen Acres more or less.
   	      In Witness whereof, the said  Martha E. Ensminger and 
Elzy Ensminger her husband have hereunto set their hands and seals, this 22nd day of September 1875.
