Warrant to Thomas Creighton of Shelby County in the State of
Indiana for the sum of three hundred and three 86/100 dollars the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the following Real Estate in Shelby County in the State of
Indiana, to-wit; Lot number one hundred and twenty in Fletcher and
McCarty's addition to the Town of Shelbyville
