Schreiner
The Shelbyville Daily Democrat John H. Weintraut, of Liberty township, received a telegram today announcing that his brother-in-law, John Schreiner, aged sixty-six years, is dead at his home in Cunningham, Kas., and Mr. Weintraut left today to attend the funeral services, which will be held Thursday. Mrs. Schreiner, who survives her husband, is a sister of Mr. Weintraut.

Mr. Schreiner was a resident of this county for many years and was well-known in the southeast part of the county where he had numerous friends and several relatives. He had been away from this county for four years. He had been suffering for some time from rheumatism and word of his critical condition reached Mr. Weintraut yesterday. The deceased was a member of the Catholic church.
Mr. Schreiner leaves six sons and three daughters. They are Mrs. Carrie Steinmetz, Mrs. Lizzie [Bewe?] and Charles Schreiner, of Indianapolis; Edward, Joseph, Frank, and Ralph, of Cunningham, Kas., and Mrs. Katie Fortmeier and Harry Schreiner, of Oklahoma.
