Dies at Shelbyville Hospital From Operation

FUNERAL  SERVICES  WILL  BE  ON  MONDAY

           Mrs Angeline Sampson, wife of  H. G. Sampson of southeast of Arlington, died Friday morning about six o'clock at the Major hospital in Shelbyville.  She underwent an operation Monday and complications arose, which caused her death. She was seventy-two years old.
           The deceased was born October 13, 1858 in Shelby county, the daughter of  A. C. and Mary Linville Brown. She had lived most of her life in Rush county. Besides the husband, she is survived by three children: Mrs Hattie Aldridge, who lived at home; Mrs Cleve Geise of near Carthage; and Mull of near this city. Four sisters: Mrs Alice Burgess,  Mrs Alvin Medkiff, and Mrs Art Yeager of Shelby county, and  Mrs Luella Thompson of Denver; two brothers: Alonzo of Shelby county and Theodore of Homer; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild, also survive her. She was a member of the Main Street Christian church in this city. Funeral services will be held at the late residence, Monday morning at ten o'clock and interment will be made in the Hurst cemetery, near Homer.
