RESIDENT DIES

Rites Will Be Tuesday
For Mrs. Rosenbaum
----------
Ill since suffering
a broken leg in a fall several weeks ago at her home in New Palestine,
Mrs. Emma Christina Rosenbaum, 76, died Sunday at 4:45 a.m. at the Robert
Long Hospital in Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be
conducted at the Hendryx & Fields Mortuaries New Palestine Chapel Tuesday at
2:00 p.m. with Rev. Dan Moritz officiating. Burial will be in the New
Palestine cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel at any time.
Mrs. Rosenbuam was born
in Indianapolis on Feb. 1, 1875, and was the daughter of Fred and
Mary (Raesner) Redmeyer. She was married to Chris Rosenbaum,
who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three
sons, Fred and Clarence Rosenbaum of New Palestine
and Edward Rosenbaum of Tucson, Ariz.; one daughter Mrs.
Paul Jackson of New Palestine; a brother and sister, William
and Mamie Redmeyer, also of new Palestine, and several
grandchildren.
Mrs. Rosenbaum was a
member of the Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church at New Palestine and the
Rebekah Lodge.
