          Mrs. Evaline Rockafield, widow of Abram Rockafield, formerly of this city, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Belle Martin, in Indianapolis at one o'clock this morning.  The remains will be interred here at noon Wednesday at Forest Hill.  Cummins & Edwards funeral directors.

          Abraham Rockafield, who moved from this city to Chicago about two years ago, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning at his home in that city.  Mr. Rockafield was elected marshal of this city in 1871 by the Republican party and served two years.  At the same election Stephen Allen was elected Mayor.   [Buried Forest Hill]
