Dona M. Paulsen, 60, of Carlisle, Indiana passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born on February 7, 1951 in Linton, Indiana to Robert D. and Mary Lou (Gunn) Ladson. Dona was a Real Estate Auditor for 15 years and a Medic in the Air Force for 6 years. She served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. She retired in 1997. Dona was a member of the Whosoever Will Full Gospel Church in Dugger, Indiana.Greene County, Indiana

Survivors include two daughters, Janet (Billy) Ballard of Hymera, Indiana, Kemberly (Donald) Norris of Terre Haute, Indiana; grandchildren, Robert Dean Maynard, Autumn Marie Maynard and Hunter Thomas Norris; one brother Mike (Pam) Ladson of Dale, Indiana; three sisters, Jean (Robert) Wesner of Newberry, Indiana, Tonie (Frank) Mejean of Pleasantville, Indiana and Connie Girten of Riley, Indiana. Dona was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Dona's family is following her wishes with cremation and there will be no visitation or funeral services. A military graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Fairview Cemetery in Linton with Pastor Dan Dyer officiating. The family has entrusted Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton with all arrangements.
