FORMER  LOCAL  MAN  SUCCUMBS

          Just two weeks after the death of his son, William E. Naugle, age eighty-one, connected with Shelbyville newspapers for many years, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John S. Taylor, at Largo, Fla.  His son, Earl, manager of a Saratoga newspaper, died two weeks ago.
          Mr. Naugle was a reporter for the old Morning News here and also was employed in the mechanical departments of the News and Republican in Shelbyville for many years before going to Florida about twenty years ago.  He was born at Ellettsville, Ind., and before coming here was con- [the article continues but my copy ends here - PMF].
