Kermitt N. Money, 78, Shelbyville, died Wednesday, Beech Grove.
Born on June 11, 1919, in Shelby Township, Shelby County, s/o  A.T. and Erva (Newcomb) Money.
Married  Norma R. Neeb  April 21, 1946;  she preceded him in death on April 28, 1971.
Nov. 18, 1978,  married  Alice Armstrong Hickman, and she survives.
Lived all his life in Shelby County.
Field representative with Page Milk Co. for several years.
Employed at Wetnight’s Shelbyville Paint and Wallpaper Co. for 25 years before retiring.
Served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps in World War II as a cryptographer in Europe.
Graduate of Shelbyville High School;  attended Purdue University.
Served as county historian and was on the board of directors of the Shelby County Historical Society and Shelby County Genealogy Society.  Member of the council of Sagamores of the Wabash and treasurer of the Shelby County Cancer Society.
Past master of Farmers Masonic Lodge 147, Norristown; past patron of Flat Rock Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star; and second vice president of 6th District, O.E.S.  Also served on the boards of the Rainbow Girls, Hope Assembly, and the Order of Demolay in Norristown.
Survivors include his wife, Shelbyville; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Robert (Jimmie Ann) Buckley, Shelbyville, and  Judy Hickman, Bradenton, Fla.; a stepson, Jerry Hickman, Orlando, Fla.; a sister, Darling Redman, Hancock County; three step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank R. Smith officiating.
Burial:  Miller Cemetery, Shelby County.
Contributions may be made to the Grover Museum or the Shelby County Historical Society.

Robert B. Money, 86, died Friday, November 7, 1986, Fort Pierce, Florida.
Born December 2, 1899, Shelby County, s/o  Dr. Edgar  and  Nannie B. Munson Money.
Married  Margaret Senour  on June 23, 1923; she died in 1963.
Former Shelby County resident.
First president of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
Attended Franklin College.
Employed by Capital Finance Company 42 years.
Past president of Kiwanis Club, member of the American Legion and Prospect Masonic Lodge.
WWI veteran.
