          D. C. Lathrop,  one of the oldest residents of St. Paul, died Monday afternoon at four o'clock of paralysis.  The deceased is 85 years old and has been a resident of St. Paul for thirty years.  He leaves a son, who lives in St. Paul and a daughter residing in Omaha, Neb.  The funeral arrangements have not been made.
