          Brett Allen Harcourt,  49, of Murray died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at his home. Mr. Harcourt, an Army veteran, attended David Lipscomb University and Murray State University and was a longtime employee of Rudolph Tire in Murray.
          Survivors include his wife,  Kathy Emmick Harcourt,  formerly of Owensboro; a son,  Joshua Allen (Leigh Ann) Harcourt  of Hardin; his parents,  Jules and  Patsy Riley Harcourt  of Murray; his sister,  Ann (David) Randolph  of Fort Mitchell; and his brothers,  Ed (Rita) Harcourt  and  John (Diane) Harcourt  of LaGrange.
          Services are at 10 a.m. Saturday at Churchill-Imes Funeral Home in Murray.  No visitation is scheduled.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Lung Association, 61 Broadway, Sixth Floor, New York NY 10006 or Murray Calloway County Hospice, 803 Poplar St., Murray KY 42071.  Online condolences may be placed at www.imesmiller.com.
