OBITUARY
----------
DIED -- At Boggstown, Indiana on Wednesday, Dec. 2nd, 1874, Mrs. C. A. Gibson in the 27th year of her age.  Deceased was sick but a short time, and during the few days of her acute suffering, exhibited an unusual degree of Christian meekness and patience.  Mrs. Gibson led a life of faith and piety, a living witness to the world, for the religion of Jesus, and died without a doubt or a fear in the arms of the Great Shepherd.  A devoted husband, three children, two brothers and one sister, with a large circle of relatives and friends, mourn her untimely death.  The funeral sermon was preached in the Boggstown Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning the 6th; when her mortal bed was laid with the dust of her father's to sleep until it shall hear the voice of  "the Resurrection and the Life" and  "shall come forth."
