          Albert D. Foreman  died at his home in Hume, Mo., Sunday, September 26, and the remains were brought here Tuesday, the funeral being held at the home of his sister, Mrs. A. L. Cobb.  The funeral services were conducted Wednesday at the home, by Elder Wm. Cobb.
          The deceased was born September 21, 1849, in Shelby county, Indiana, and was the son of  Solomon and Rachael [Golding] Foreman, being one of six children, all deceased save two.  Early in life he united with the Church of Christ in Illinois.  His parents moved from Indiana to this county in 1854 where he has resided most of the time since.
          He was married Feb. 29, 1872, to  Miss Margaret Catherine Taylor, of this county and to this union there were born three daughters,  Maola [Mayola],  Susan Ethel  and  Bertha Prunelia [Permelia],  the latter dying in Parnell, Mo., about 17 years ago.
          A few years ago the deceased moved to Bates County, Mo., where on Saturday, on the streets of Hume, he was stricken with apoplexy from which he died the following day, at 4:30 p.m.
          He leaves a wife, two daughters, one brother and one sister, besides a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.

          M. V. Foreman  died Saturday at his home near Edinburg.  Burial Sunday.
Notes:  Date of birth, 15 Jun 1833 - Ohio.  Date of death, 13 Jan 1899 – Shelby County Indiana.

Fanetta S. Foreman

          Mrs. Foreman  died at the residence of  Lafe Thomas in Marion township Friday, age 69.  Buried at Marion Sunday.
[Fanetta was the widow of Peter.  'Lafe' was Lafayette Thomas, her son-in-law, Margaret Jane's husband.  Lafe died about 1884 and Margaret Jane died 13 Feb 1919. - VF]
