Rev. Brian Demaree, 87, died today, Columbus, Bartholomew Co, IN.
Formerly lived East Mechanic St, Shelbyville.
Pastor for several area Evangelical United Methodist churches.
Born Aug. 16, 1896, Newpoint, s/o Mr. and Mrs. Brian Demaree.
Married Helen Ruth Posz, Apr. 21, 1936; she died June 30, 1981.
Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Harold (Bonnie) Hacker, Newpoint;
son, Charles Demaree, Columbus, OH; six grandchildren;
sister, Mrs. Norma Cheek, Indianapolis.
One daughter and one grandchild preceded in death.
Carmony Funeral Home.
Burial: Rossburg Cemetery.
