Former Shelbyville resident Lois E. (Collins) Carson, 76, Indianapolis, died Tuesday at her home.
Born April 26, 1923, in Shelbyville, d/o Crawford and Grace (Robbins) Collins.
Married   Fred Carson on Sept. 25, 1948, and he survives.
Sales clerk at Hook’s Drug Store.
Survivors: daughter, Cheryl Carson, Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Jane) Boyer, Lake Santee, and Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Bristow, Amo; and six grandchildren.
Preceded in death by two sisters.
Murphy-Parks Funeral Service with the Rev. James Crocker officiating.
Burial:  Forest Hill Cemetery

MRS.  CARSON
DIES  AT  HOME

          Mrs. Daisy Carson,  about 75, sister-in-law of  Mrs. Ethel Chafee  of this city, died at her home on W. Hampton Drive in Indianapolis Thursday following a long illness.  She was the widow of  Thomas F. Carson.
          She is survived by one daughter,  Mrs. Helen Walker,  of Indianapolis, and one brother.
          Funeral rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Flanner and Buchanan Mortuary in Broad Ripple.  Interment will be in the Crown Hill mausoleum.
