William J. Aulby, 72, 315 E. Mechanic St., died Friday at home.
Born on June 11, 1914 in Shelby County, s/o Walter and
Mabel Baldwin Aulby.
Custodian at the Shelby County Police Department. Also worked at Liberty
Bell Flea Market, Indianapolis.
Lifelong Shelby County resident.
Member Faith Baptist Church.
Married Reba J. Sweet; she survives.
Also surviving: children, Bill Aulby, Oceanside,
California, Mrs. Earl (Sharon) Barngrover, Shelby County, Mrs.
Jim (Judith) Pruett, Shelbyville and Mrs. Sonny (Carolyn)
Leffler, Shelbyville; brothers, Wilburn Aulby and Paul
Aulby, both of Shelbyville; 10 grandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren.
A daughter, two sisters and three brothers preceded him in death.

Burial: Forest Hill Cemetery.
