Seeking information about MOSES and MARGARET YARBROUGH. They came to Shelby Co, from Carter Co, Tenn,
about 1853. They had six children, MARTHA (married James Tucker) b. 1842, WILLIAM (m. MARY VANLUE) b. 1844,
BENJAMIN (m. JULIA DUCKWORTH) b. 1847, MARY (m. HUGH BRANNIN) b. 1850), NANCY ELIZABETH (m.
ALONZO WEAVER AND BERT THOMPSON) b. 1856, and JAMES (m. MOLLY GWYNN) b. 1860. MOSES,
MARGARET, and all children are in Shelby Co 1860 and 1870 census. Moses and Margaret disappear from Shelby Co
records in the 1880 census, yet all six children and grandchildren remain. Could have both died in the decade 1870-1880, but
no record of deaths or cemetery plots. They lived in Hendricks TWP. Any information about the Yarbrough (Yarber) family
much appreciated.
