To the Judge of Common Pleas Court of Shelby County in the State of Indiana
George W. Davis Represents and shows to The Court that he is the he ordered Administrator of the Estate of Benjamin F. Hargrove Dec’d; that in making the Inventory of the personal property he and the Appraisers improperly included in the Inventory the following property as when in fact they then belonged to Nancy J. Hargrove and Parker Kitchel & Co. as follows towit:
Item Marked No. 3 Appraised at $16.66
Item Marked No. 3 appraised at 15.00
1/3 of Item Marked No. 2 appraised at $17.66         5.88 2/3
Item Marked as No. 30 Appraised at 15.00
He further shows that the Items herein as Nos. 3,2, & 5 were at the time the appraisement was made the property of said  Nancy J. Hargrove  and the Item Marked No. 30 was then the property of Parker Kitchel & Co., but all said Items of property were then when the Appraisement was made found apparently in the possession of the Decedent with his property and apparently his property. He therefore asks for an order to Deliver to said Nancy J. Hargrove & Parker Kitchel & Co. the property herein named & that they may be stricken from the Inventory as charged against him as such Administrator
