Jamestown; Farmer, Sec. 20; settled here in 1874; born in Morrow Co., Ohio, July 19, 1840; son of  Davis and Sarah Biggs.  Married Nov. 20, 1866, to  Caroline Terrell  in Shelby Co., Ind.; three children-- Ida M., born Nov. 11, 1868;  Charles E., March 6, 1872;  Iclone, Jan. 28, 1877.
